For companies thinking about Baseline

Bring your questions. We’ll confirm your price.

On a 30-minute call, we’ll walk through how your company works today and confirm the price in your Fit Check.

Haven’t done the two-minute fit check? Start there and you’ll see a price estimate before the call.

What the call is for

Your questions, and your price confirmed. Your Fit Check already shows which parts of the Baseline setup (like company computers we look after and Teams for meetings) you’d use, what each choice costs in $35 tickets, your move cost, and your price. The Computer Readiness Guide shows you how to tell which computers are new enough for it.

What to prepare

Nothing. “I don’t know who set that up” is a perfectly normal answer.

What the call covers, and who should be there

It’s a video call about how your company works today. We’ll show you what Baseline would change and the simplest way to get there.

What the call covers

  • How your company works now, and what keeps getting in the way
  • Which parts of the Baseline setup you could use, and what each would save
  • How many people use a computer, how many only use a phone, and roughly how much email and how many files would move
  • Whether our way of helping works for you: instant AI help any time, and a real person within 10 minutes, day or night, when a request becomes a ticket

Who should be there

Whoever can say yes to changing how the business runs. That’s usually the owner. If an office manager runs the day to day, bring them too, because they know the odd cases.

If you’d rather keep some of your own apps, that’s fine. We’ll say plainly what that means for help. You don’t need a list of computers, drawings, or a list of what you pay for.

Not ready to schedule? Ask a question.

Price, an old program you rely on, your computers, anything at all.

Enter your name so we know who to reply to.
That doesn’t look like an email address. Try something like name@company.com.
Count everyone who’d sign in to company email, including people who only use a phone. Pick the closest range. A rough count is fine.
Type your question so we can answer it. One sentence is plenty.
Only if a quick call would be easier than email. We’ll only use it to reply to you. Add the area code, like 555 123 4567, or leave this blank.

We’ll only use your details to answer your question. We never sell them, and we won’t add you to a mailing list without asking.

Someone from Baseline will answer by email. If you left a phone number, they might call instead.

After the call

Your Fit Check is yours to keep, whatever you decide.

Whatever you choose

You see the price first

Go all in, or start with just Microsoft 365 and fast help and add more of the Baseline setup later. Before anyone signs, we agree on the price, the term, and what moves first.

Whatever you keep

We tell you what it costs

Keep your own apps, older computers, or server if you like. We’ll still help, and your Fit Check says what each choice costs in tickets, time, or risk. You keep it either way.

P.S. The call costs you half an hour and nothing else. Even if Baseline isn’t the answer, you keep your Fit Check and know what each choice would cost.
