Read the five questions below. If every answer is yes, Baseline is likely worth a conversation. If you are not sure about some of them, that is normal, and Baseline can check those during the first call. If two or more are a firm no, Baseline may not be the right model yet.
Are you willing to use Microsoft 365 as the main place for company work?
This means company email, files, calendars, meetings, employee sign-ins, and everyday collaboration would run through one connected Microsoft setup.
Are you willing to replace company computers that are too old for the required version of Windows?
You do not need to know which computers qualify. Baseline checks every company computer before you sign.
Are you comfortable letting Baseline manage the master settings for your Microsoft setup while you are a customer?
This is how Baseline keeps every account and computer consistent. Your company still owns its domain and data. When service ends, Baseline transfers the master access to you or your next provider.
Are you willing to stop using tools that do the same job once the new setup is ready?
For example, a company may not need both Dropbox and OneDrive, or both Slack and Teams. Nothing is removed until the replacement is ready and you agree to the timing.
Can your company use remote support during Baseline’s published business hours?
Help is provided through Teams, text, phone, and a secure remote connection to the computer. Baseline does not send its own technician to your office, and arranges a local contractor when a job needs hands on site.
The honest version
When another model may fit better.
Baseline is probably not a fit if any of these is true
- A physical office server your business cannot operate without or onsite system has to be repaired at any hour.
- You need to hold master access of the Microsoft setup yourself.
- You do not want one company sign-in, company computers connected to Baseline, or the computers that may need to be replaced.
- You want broader coverage for the setup you already have, rather than removing the reasons you need it.
Knowing that now is worth more than discovering it in month two.
Your current technical mess is not the disqualifier. Refusing to fix it is.
