The 10-Minute Promise
A real person within 10 minutes on every ticket, any time.
At 9 a.m. on a Tuesday or 2 a.m. on a Sunday, the answer is the same. Nobody on your team waits until morning.
For businesses where IT became somebody’s second job
Ask in Teams and the AI sorts out everyday things on the spot. When you need a person, one responds within 10 minutes, day or night, for $35 a ticket.
How help works
The AI sorts out everyday things on the spot, and it gets out of the way fast when something needs a person.
Your people ask in a private chat in the Baseline app inside Microsoft Teams, where they already work, at any hour.
Every request is tracked, so nobody explains the problem twice.
They text the Baseline number and follow the same steps. Asking for help shouldn’t depend on the thing that broke.
Same line, same tracking.
Baseline’s AI assistant handles most everyday problems on the spot. It walks people through things like resetting a sign-in or adding a person in the Manager Portal.
Included in the monthly price.
When the AI can’t help, or a person is clearly needed, it hands the request to a Baseline technician. A real person responds within 10 minutes, day or night.
$35 per ticket, however long it takes.
Help from a person comes over Teams, text, phone, or by connecting to the computer from our side.
The 10-Minute Promise
At 9 a.m. on a Tuesday or 2 a.m. on a Sunday, the answer is the same. Nobody on your team waits until morning.
Nobody can install whatever they want. People notice that for about a week. But it’s one of the two reasons help requests drop, and why a person can reach you fast.
Why help can be this fast
A help desk gets slow when it’s busy fixing the same small problems. The Baseline setup heads off many of them. So the more of it you use, the less you need help.
There are no passwords. People sign in with their face, fingerprint, or a PIN, so there’s nothing to forget, reset, or be tricked into sharing.
Nothing installs without a manager’s OK. When someone needs a program, their manager approves it and gets a one-time code for that computer. It works once and changes about an hour later. The pause is on purpose.
Built for help from a distance. On the Baseline setup, email, files, sign-in, and daily work don’t depend on a server in your office. That’s why most problems can be handled remotely.
Outside the Baseline setup is fine. Keep your own video call app, old computers, or server, and we still help. The AI only knows the Microsoft 365 setup, so those requests usually go to a person as a $35 ticket. It’s your call.
Included and billed
It comes down to one question: does the request stay with the AI, or does it need a person? Anything a person handles is a flat $35 per ticket. We call that a ticket.
Included in the monthly price
Microsoft 365, AI help any time, sign-in without a password, and security watched around the clock.
$35 flat per ticket
Office Wi-Fi, printers, apps you keep outside the Baseline setup, a computer problem, or help choosing a replacement. Same price however long it takes.
Other one-time costs
Moving data from your old system is $25 per user, one time, plus $0.99 per GB moved. Project work, which means adding something new, is priced case by case.
When a job truly needs someone on site, we arrange a local contractor for $35 per ticket and stay involved.
We look after Windows and Microsoft 365, and we’ll help you choose and set up a replacement computer. Your company buys the new one, and Baseline sets it up the same way. Help choosing is $35 per ticket.
$45 per user per month on a computer, $25 per user per month on a phone only, Microsoft 365 included. Annual commitment, paid monthly. See the whole offer →
