The Switch Promise
Nothing you rely on is switched off early.
We won’t switch off anything you rely on until its replacement works and you’ve said yes. You pick the timing for each tool.
For owners who dread switching IT
You’re picturing a Monday when email won’t open and every complaint lands on you. We won’t switch off anything you rely on until its replacement works and you’ve said yes.
What makes it safe to start
These are part of The Baseline Standard, at $45 per user per month with Microsoft 365 included. Annual commitment, paid monthly. See the whole offer
The Switch Promise

The Clean Handover Promise
If you leave, everything goes to you or your next IT company.
One flat move price
$25 per user, plus $0.99 per GB moved. We estimate how much data you have up front.
Bonus: Readiness Guide
It mostly comes down to Windows 11 Pro. The ones that can’t join still get help, usually as a $35 ticket.
The first wins
The full move takes time. The first useful things happen fast, starting with your free Fit Check, on the spot.
If you fix an old setup in place, you keep every odd exception that made it hard to manage. So every customer gets a new, clean Microsoft 365 account. That’s the one thing everyone has.
The rest of the Baseline setup is up to you, and each part you use removes a weak spot once. No passwords to forget. Nothing installs without a manager’s OK. Fewer repeat problems means the help desk isn’t buried. The AI assistant helps instantly, any time, and when a request becomes a ticket, a real person responds within 10 minutes, day or night.
Starting fresh is slower at first, but it’s much cheaper to run.
Your price, your move cost, and which parts of the setup you’d use. Free.
You: save, print, or email it.
Ask your questions and confirm your price. Who works for you, their computers, and your files.
You: talk. Nothing to prepare.
We show you how to tell which company computers are ready for the setup.
You: check your computers when it suits you.
Once you sign, the new setup is built next to the old one, and email goes first.
You: keep working as usual.
The plan
It’s done for you. Your part is a few decisions and a few minutes per person.
Moving everything onto the Baseline setup takes time. But nothing stops while you move, email goes first, and you can stop at just Microsoft 365 and fast help.
Your Fit Check shows what each choice costs.
Your current setup keeps running the whole time.
Part of the flat move price.
A text walks each person through a new sign-in on their phone.
The ones you choose are reset, signed in, and set up by themselves.
Only with your OK on the timing.
Or don’t. Your own apps still get help.
Before you sign. Baseline lists who works for you, which computers they use, where your files live, the programs that matter, and any old systems people still rely on. You choose which parts of the setup to use.
Build. Baseline sets up your new Microsoft 365 account, with each person’s license and settings, and your Manager Portal, a simple screen inside Teams where managers handle people and computers.
People. Each person finishes a guided setup on their phone, at home, in a few minutes. That’s where they learn to sign in with their face, fingerprint, or a PIN instead of a password.
Computers. The computers you choose are reset and signed in with the new company sign-in. From then on, the Desktop, Documents, and Pictures folders save to OneDrive automatically.
Removing. Extra tools that do the same job, and old systems in your office, come out only if you choose. Nothing’s turned off until its replacement works.
Later. Anything you kept still gets help, usually as a $35 ticket.
What the move costs
There are three charges. The monthly price is on the pricing page.
| What moves | Charge | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| The move, per person | $25 per user | One time, plus the data charge below. |
| Data moved | $0.99 per GB | From Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, Microsoft shared folders, or files in your office. We estimate it before you sign. |
| Help from a person | $35 per ticket | Help choosing replacement computers, or any request a person handles. One time, however long it takes. |
Your company buys any new computers. We look after Windows and Microsoft 365, and we’ll help you choose and set up a replacement.
Straight answers
As long as you like. There’s no deadline. Email goes first, and you add more of the Baseline setup when it suits you. Some companies stop at Microsoft 365 and fast help, and that’s fine.
Keep it if you want. We still help with it. Help with it usually goes to a person as a $35 ticket, because it doesn’t plug into the Microsoft 365 setup cleanly. Your Fit Check shows what that choice costs.
No. It’s your call. You may not need both Dropbox and OneDrive, for example, or both Slack and Teams. Moving to the Microsoft 365 one means the AI can fix more on the spot. Keeping yours means help usually goes to a person as a $35 ticket.
