Businesses run on Baseline.
The move is a planned project, not a weekend surprise.
Baseline maps how your company works today, builds the new standard, moves people and data in stages, and retires the systems that no longer belong.
- Email, contacts, and calendar migration included
- A dated plan before anyone signs
- Training delivered inside the workflow
In three moves
See it clearly, build it clean, then run on it.
Learn what you have
Baseline maps identities, computers, files, tools, and the exceptions that accumulated. Standards, computers that may need to be replaced, term, and the migration deadline are understood before anyone signs.
Build the new setup, then move in stages
A new Microsoft 365 setup is configured first. Then email, then people, then computers. Every customer starts with a new, clean Microsoft 365 setup, then people and data move in stages.
Remove what is no longer needed
Hiring, access, computers, collaboration, and support follow one managed process. Duplicate systems are retired on a schedule you agree to.
Getting there
The move is a planned project, not a weekend surprise.
Every customer starts on a new, clean Microsoft 365 setup. An accumulated one is exactly what makes support unpredictable.
-
Agree on the standard
Standards, computers that may need to be replaced, term, and the migration deadline are understood before anyone signs.
-
Build the setup
A new Microsoft 365 setup, licenses, policies, and your Manager Portal are prepared.
-
Move email, contacts, and calendars
Core communication moves first. Moving email, contacts, and calendars is included with a new one-year subscription.
-
Bring your people across
Employees complete a guided setup on their phone, create passkeys, and learn the new sign-in.
-
Bring the computers across
Compatible computers are reset, signed in to with the Baseline company sign-in, and configured automatically.
-
Retire what you do not need
Duplicate applications and local systems are removed or scheduled for removal, with your agreement.
-
Move most of the company by month six
By month six, at least eight out of every ten employees, computers, and important work systems should be running on Baseline. Anything left must have a dated plan to move.
What migration costs
- Email, contacts, and calendar: included with a new annual subscription.
- Shared company file storage such as Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, SharePoint, or local storage: $0.99 per GB.
- Manual folder mapping, deciding who can open or change which folders, unusual logistics, or other technician work: $95 per hour, billed in 15-minute increments.
Training is part of the work
Passkeys and computers managed by Baseline are real changes for the people using them. Managers get role-specific training during their own setup. Employees are taught inside the workflow, at the moment they perform the action, rather than handed a document and wished well.
Who does what
The split is decided before the work starts.
Baseline handles
- Builds and configures the new Microsoft 365 setup to one documented standard
- Manages the master settings for that setup during service
- Moves email, contacts, and calendars
- Moves shared company file storage, billed at $0.99 per GB
- Configures compatible computers to the standard
- Trains managers during their own setup, and employees inside the workflow
Your company decides and provides
- Agrees the standard, the term, and the migration deadline before signing
- Replaces equipment that cannot run Windows 11 Pro, version 24H2 or later
- Decides which duplicate tools are retired, and when
- Gives people the time to complete their guided setup
- Authorizes Baseline to manage the master Microsoft settings during service
Your data stays yours. Baseline transfers master access cleanly when the relationship ends.

Subscription pricing is on the pricing page, where requirements are stated before price.
Common questions
What people ask before they commit to the move.
Why build new instead of fixing what we have?
Converting an old setup in place preserves every exception that made it unpredictable. Every new customer receives a new, clean Microsoft 365 setup. That is slower to start and far more predictable to run.
How long does the whole move take?
The target is at least eight out of every ten employees, computers, and important work systems on Baseline to the standard by month six, with a maximum conversion window of twelve months. The remainder carries a dated plan.
What happens to computers that cannot run the standard?
Windows 11 Pro, version 24H2 or later, is required. Baseline identifies incompatible equipment before signing so replacement can be budgeted and scheduled before migration.
What happens to our people during the change?
Managers get role-specific training during their own setup. Employees are taught inside the workflow, at the moment they perform the action, rather than handed a document and wished well. Employees complete a guided setup on their phone and create passkeys.
What if we leave?
Your data stays yours. Baseline transfers master access cleanly when the relationship ends.
