Businesses run on Baseline.
Map your current setup in 30 minutes.
We will learn how your company works today, show what Baseline would change, estimate the monthly price, and outline what would need to move.
The meeting, described in advance
What the 30 minutes actually cover.
Who should be there
Whoever can say yes to changing how the business operates, usually the owner. If an office manager or operations lead runs the day to day, having them in the room makes the conversation far more accurate, because they know where the exceptions actually are.
What we cover
- How your company works now, and what is interrupting it
- What your company would need to change
- How many employees use computers and how many work only from phones
- Migration scope, including roughly how much information needs to be moved
- Whether the published support hours and remote model fit
What you leave with
A clear view of the required changes, an estimated monthly price based on how many employees use computers and how many work only from phones, and the likely what needs to be moved. You will also know whether a different model suits your company better, if something about how you work sits outside what the Baseline standard is built for.
What not to prepare
Nothing. No inventory, no diagram, no list of licenses. If you do not know what you are paying for or who set something up, that is a normal answer and it is often the most useful one.
In 30 minutes, we will map how your company works today, show what Baseline would change, and outline the clearest path forward.
Baseline is sold through a short working conversation so fit, hardware, and what needs to be moved are clear before anyone commits to a one-year agreement, billed monthly.
Booking
Pick a time that works.
Thirty minutes, on a video call. Bring whoever can say yes to changing how the business operates. You do not need to prepare anything.
The scheduling page opens in Google Calendar. If none of the times work, take the five-minute fit check and we will follow up with options.
Afterwards
What happens once the call ends.
If it fits
You get the estimated monthly price, the required changes, and a list of what needs to be moved, in writing. Standards, computers that may need to be replaced, term, and the migration deadline are understood before anyone signs.
If it might fit later
Usually this means hardware that cannot run Windows 11 Pro, version 24H2 or later, or a system that has to be retired first. You get that list, and there is no pressure attached to it.
If it does not fit
We say so on the call. That is a better outcome than a customer who needed something Baseline does not offer.
