Who we are

Baseline is a trade name of A32 Labs Inc., a Delaware corporation. When this page says “Baseline,” “we,” or “us,” it means A32 Labs Inc.

This page is about runonbaseline.com and the forms on it. If your company becomes a Baseline customer, your customer agreement covers the rest. It explains how we handle the data in your company’s Microsoft 365 account and the service we run for you.

What we collect

We only get details you choose to give us, plus the basic facts any website sees when you visit.

• When you ask us to call you: your name and cell number.
• When you send a question: your name, work email, how many people work for you, your question, and a phone number if you add one.
• When you email yourself your Fit Check: your name and work email, your company name and phone number if you add them, and your Fit Check answers.
• Along with any of those: the page you sent it from, the first ad page you landed on, and any campaign tags in the link you followed to get here.
• When you visit any page: the systems that deliver this site see technical details, like your IP address, your browser, and the page you asked for.

Taking the Fit Check doesn’t send us anything. Your answers stay in your browser unless you ask us to email you a copy.

How we use it

• To call you back, answer your question, or send you your Fit Check.
• To follow up with you about Baseline after you get in touch.
• To learn which ads and pages bring people to us.
• To keep the site working and to block spam and abuse.

We use a cell number you give us only to call you back. We don’t text it or use it for marketing. We won’t add you to a mailing list without asking.

We never sell your information. We don’t share it so other companies can show you ads as you move around the web.

Who else handles it

A few companies help us run the site and our sales work. They handle your details only to do that work for us.

• Cloudflare hosts this site and runs its forms. What you send goes to our own sales system, which also runs on Cloudflare. Cloudflare also sends the Fit Check email.
• Microsoft 365 runs our email. If you write to us or reply to an email, your message is kept there.
• Quo is our phone system. When we call you back, the call goes through it.
• Google serves the fonts this site uses, so Google sees your IP address when a page loads. If you book a call, the booking page is Google Calendar, and Google’s own privacy terms apply there.

We may also share information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone’s safety, or with a new owner if Baseline is sold or merged. A new owner would have to follow this page.

Cookies and tracking

This site doesn’t use advertising cookies, analytics tools, or tracking pixels.

It does keep two things in your browser while the tab is open. One is your price estimate, so you don’t have to type it twice. The other is how you arrived, so a form you send can tell us. Closing the tab clears both.

We honor Global Privacy Control signals. Since we don’t sell or share your information, there’s nothing more for the signal to turn off. If we ever add analytics or ad tools, we’ll update this page first.

How long we keep it

• If you contacted us but didn’t become a customer: up to two years after we last heard from you. Then we delete it.
• If you become a customer: for as long as we work together, and after that as your customer agreement says.
• Technical records of visits: a few weeks at most.

Your choices

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

• Tell you what information we have about you, and send you a copy.
• Fix anything that’s wrong.
• Delete it.
• Stop contacting you.

Email privacy@runonbaseline.com. To make sure it’s really you, we may ask you to write from the email address, or confirm the phone number, you gave us. You can also have someone you trust ask for you. We’ll answer within 30 days, and asking won’t change how we treat you.

If we turn down a request, reply and ask us to look again, and we’ll explain our answer. If you still disagree, you can contact the attorney general in your state.

Keeping it safe

The site only loads over a secure connection. Our sales system sits behind a sign-in, and only our team can open it. No system is perfect, but we work to keep your details safe and to collect only what we need.

Children

This site is for businesses. It isn’t meant for children under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has sent us something, email us and we’ll delete it.

Where it’s stored

Baseline works from the United States. The companies above may store or handle information in other countries, using their own safeguards.

Changes to this page

If we change how we handle your information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. For a big change, we’ll say what changed here first.
