Terms of Service

The rules for using this website, and for text messages from Baseline. They’re short, and we’ve kept them plain.

Last updated November 4, 2026.

Who we are

Baseline is a trade name of A32 Labs Inc., a Delaware corporation. When these terms say “Baseline,” “we,” or “us,” they mean A32 Labs Inc.

These terms apply when you use runonbaseline.com or get text messages from Baseline. By using the site, you agree to them.

If your company is a Baseline customer, your customer agreement sets out the IT service, the price, and the term. If these terms and your customer agreement ever disagree, the customer agreement wins.

Using this site

You’re welcome to read the site, use the price estimate, take the Fit Check, and get in touch. Please don’t:

  • Use the site for anything against the law.
  • Try to break into it, slow it down, or get around its protections.
  • Send spam, or send forms with someone else’s details.
  • Copy large parts of the site with automated tools.

Prices and estimates

We work to keep the prices and details on this site correct and current, and we may change them at any time. The price estimate and the Fit Check are estimates to help you decide. They aren’t offers. Your price is the one in the agreement you sign.

The product screens on this site are real, but the people and companies in them are made up.

Our content

The words, images, and design of this site belong to Baseline. You can share links to it and quote small parts with credit. Please ask before using more.

Some links go to other companies’ sites, like the page where you book a call. Their own terms apply there, and we aren’t responsible for them.

SMS Terms

These terms cover text messages (SMS) from Baseline. Our registered brand name for texting is Baseline.

  • Who gets texts: people who work at companies that use Baseline.
  • What we send: setup steps for new employees before their first day, and replies about IT help, like a request you made or a ticket we’re working on. We don’t send marketing texts.
  • How you agree: your employer signs up for Baseline and agrees to our customer agreement. When your manager adds you, they give us your mobile number so we can text you. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of buying anything.
  • Where they come from: (888) 883-8470 or (320) 302-6060.
  • How often: it varies. Usually a few texts when you’re set up, and replies when you ask for help.
  • Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
  • To stop: reply STOP to any text. We’ll send one text to confirm, then no more. Reply START to get texts again. If you stop texts, your manager can get your setup steps to you another way.
  • For help: reply HELP to any text, or call (888) 883-8470.
  • Delivery: mobile carriers aren’t responsible for texts that are late or don’t arrive.
  • Privacy: we never sell or share your mobile number or your agreement to get texts with anyone for their marketing. Read how we handle your information.

Your privacy

Our privacy page explains what we collect, why, and how to ask us to see, fix, or delete it.

We work to keep this site up and correct, but we provide it as it is. We can’t promise it will always be available or free of mistakes.

As far as the law allows, Baseline isn’t responsible for indirect losses from using this site, like lost profits or lost data. For customers, the customer agreement sets out what Baseline is responsible for.

Which law applies

Colorado law applies to these terms. Any dispute about them will be handled in the state or federal courts in Colorado.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top. If you keep using the site after that, the new terms apply.
